A perfect and delicious breakfast for people who do not have time for a full breakfast and the day yet to begin super healthy!

Smoothie with oatmeal

-500 gram fresh strawberries sliced

-30 gram protein powder strawberry flavor (Whey of Isolate)

-250 gram magere yoghurt

-Little liquid sweetener

-3 tablespoons oatmeal

-Some ice cubes

 

Do everything in a blender and run until the smoothie is smooth and frothy.
